Been a while on here.. this site is incred. Can anyone help me with this:
I have a Six Million Dollar Man action figure wearing what appears to be a
Kenner manufactured blue jogging suit. It is exactly like the typical red
version but blue. Does not appear to be a custom made suit. It also has
very dark blue-black sneakers. They too appear factory made, not re-dyed
and painted. I understand there was either a department store or catalog
special of the figure that came in a blue jogging suit. Any details or
additional information would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS!

The blue tracksuit is the real deal - other than the fact it's a rare variant (and I assume relatively valuable) I don't recall much else. I do believe it was a department store special.

Sounds very interesting Arrow2x. You can create a user gallery here and then post a picture in this thread by putting url around the url of the picture page. And welcome to the party

I'm posting this picture for Arrow2x:

The picture is pretty small, but I think you can see it well enough to get the idea. If Arrow comes up with another, larger picture, I'll post it.

I was under the impression there was a limited release of the Blu Outfit?? Maybe only in the UK?? Don't quote me on this but I thought I read this somewhere.
I would KEEP it.

Thought I would resurrect this old thread since I can shed some light and show mine to help.
Here is my UK Exclusive SMDM figure. This figure was authenticated by afromer Kenner employee who was a designer for the line.
You can see that the pattern is identical to the standard red version, however the material is a bit thicker. Not too unusual since there appear to be a couple versions of this suit with the foreign releases with slightly differing materials and shades of blue.
The shoes are the standard red versions, but in blue. The previous owner did replace the rubber skin on the arm. No big deal, as the suit itself is complete and authentic.
Enjoy!
