Much better than the previously released DCD Darkseid, Mr Miracle and Orion...wish they would've done this the first time out.

I don't know much about Kirby/New Gods (but I DO have experience from
these boards, the SUPER POWERS toys, SECRET SOCIETY OF SUPER
VILLAINS comics and the Timm DCU stuff)
but
ANYTHING Timm DCU would be great
BUT
they'd have to bring DeSaad back to life (or reboot) if they wanna use 'im!"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

A little off topic, but still relating to Kirby and The New Gods:
I read, not too long ago, that Big Barda was based on Lainie Kazan (who played the Mom in My Big Fat Greek Wedding).
Hard to imagine now, but evidently she was a class A hottie in the early 70s and Kirby based Big Barda on Kazan's Playboy layout.
Kazan posed for a spread in the October 1970 issue of Playboy that inspired the look of Jack Kirby's DC Comics superheroine Big Barda.Comment
