    What is RSS?

RSS (Rich Site Summary, alternately Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it.

vBulletin has the capability to draw in specified RSS feeds and post them to the board. Anytime you see the poster "RSS" make a post, that's a post from an outside blog, like Brian's Plaid Stallions.

Let me know what you think of this feature.

I personally love it, because it brings in new content and gives you the chance to see stuff you might not otherwise see.

If you know of a good vintage toy related blog out there that you think would be a good addition to this, let me know!

    Thanks!
    Joe

It does seem to be flooding the forum and pushing our posts to the fifth and sixth pages.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Yes retreat! Too many to read! (And some are old news already, like Free Comic Book Day). Is there anyway to narrow it down by a category or something more selective? (A lot of the stuff is comic book related I assume from the BatBlog?) I'd love to read some of the vinatge toy stuff or toy related but right now it looks like a giant can of worms. Aaagggggh!

Hey if it's bugging folks I'm happy to have the PS feed taken off, it's a neat new toy but I can how it could overwhelm.

The Plaid Stallion posts stay, but I'm willing to remove some or all of the other ones.

I'd lose the Bat-Blog....most of it that I've seen pop up here is comic related. Or if you like the content, just move that RSS feed to Superheroes.
