Earth 2 Wonder Woman? I know at the end of the original Crisis mini she was invited by Zeus to live on Mount Olympus. Did she ever turn up again? Or did DC just sweep her under the rug?

She appeared briefly in Infinite Crisis #5. Earth-2 is sort of back so she may have went back to Mt. Olympus.

We also get a glimpse of her in 52 issue #52.

BTW, there's a quick run through the Multiverse, where we see a NEW Earth 2 with an adult Robin, The Huntress, Dr. Fate, Flash (with a funky dark costume), Obsidian, Jade, a middle-aged appearing Wonder Woman, what appears to be The Atom in the background.

We're supposed to be seeing more of that "new" Earth 2 soon!
