This week Alli (my daughter & Mego partner) and I called it quits on the Megos. A combination of her growing up & becoming more indifferent and a cancer issue we are dealing with (not her thank God) makes this the time to get out and hopefully make a little money. Hopefully, I'll be drawn back to Megos after some time off, if not it's been loads of fun! Thanks to everyone here, you've all been great! I don't post much (do manage to lock myself out of the forums quite often though), but I lurk several times a week & enjoy the heck out of this place. If anyone has any interest in our stuff, and you have questions, or want to see other pictures, just let me know & I'll do whatever I can for you. Thanks & God bless ladies & gentlemen...

Tim

I am sorry to hear about the health issues (for whoever). And please don't think because you are getting out of Megos that you can't continue to participate on the forums. maybe a set of trading cards is all you really need to keep the joy alive.

Anyway, here is a link to your auctions.

Best of luck to you. Remember, you don't have to stop hanging around just because you are selling off!

Thanks for the nice sentiments, things will work out in the end, we're tough. Yeah, I was a little bummed when I started cleaning off her shelves, but, with any luck I'll start again in the future, and I love this place too much to stop lurking about! I can't get over how incredible the customs are these days! Again, I'd like to thank the museum administrators for allowing me in (and being patient as I lock myself out time and time), also thanks to Starbuk who hooked me up with some beautiful Hawkman gear, Merlyn, who I did some trading with, The Toyroom for the Atom decals, Dr Mego for all kindsa cool stuff, Brian Leitner for the cool heads and suits (he sewed a lot of those customs suits in my auctions & supplied the resin heads - not the Mister Miracle though I wouldn't ruin his rep with that monstrosity!), and everyone else I may have omitted. This is without a doubt my favorite website!

God bless all of you...

Believe it or not, the fact that more than a few members have sold & started over has given me some peace of mind. I have some ideas of what I'd do if given the chance to start again, so hopefully that will come to fruition in time. Until then, I'll just continue to enjoy visiting the museum. Thanks for the nice words too! That means a lot! Tim
