Whether I was home, or at my friend's house, we always found fun things to do; spin til we were sick in the easy rocker, go bumpity-bumping down the stairs w/ a blanket, taking running jumps off the stairs and onto my friend's bean bag couch, or swinging in their living room hamoc. My parents were in the process of waxing the floors, and had our huge round hassock propped up on its side in the hallway. My older brother put me on its upturned side and rolled it slightly so I'd roll back and forth. And of course there was always living room olympics..pushing the furniture aside and tumbling on my friends shag carpet, or doing flips on our couch.

Did you ever turn your living into an amusement park when your parents weren't home? :baby02:

We use to play football in the hallway. The only rule was you couldn't get off your knees. After the first time we found it better if we left the doors open instead of closed,it was easier on the head.Sounds like you sure had fun.

My younger brothers broke the legs of of the couch while wrestling. I'd rig up some 2 x 4's so mom and dad wouldn't find out. We were such idiots..them for tearing up the couch and me for thinking I could hide it from the folks.

GEORGE: I didn't know whether to try and keep her from falling, or zip up.
JERRY: What did you do?
GEORGE: I zipped up!

My best friend mike growing up had the whole attic of his house to play in and it was an old colonial new england style home so this thing was a monster. we used to beat the living crude out of each other up there. We were so far away from where ever his mom was she never heard us. Also made for some incredible activities. Oh the gijoe and starwars battles.

Hell yeah
And we broke plenty of stuff in doing so. One time my brother and I thought stringing a blanket between the coffee table and the sofa would make a cool trampoline. Well, it didn't. When I jumped on the blanket of course I fell to floor, I hit my head on the coffee table and chipped my tooth. My parents still have that coffee table and you can still see where my tooth hit the table
