Here is a picture of the progress of my Morbius monster from the Doctor Who Story " The Brain of Morbius ".

Extended leg Hulk body from Reproheads, claw from 7" POTC Davey Jones, head from EMA.
For the eyestalks i converted some metal airhorns/klaxons used on model ships.
