Sometimes when I make a typo in a thread title and want to go back and fix it the editing title option doesn't work properly.
Here's one example that just happened today ... but the same exact thing happens everytime I want to edit a thread title .....
I make thread title using the word Witmore ......
Witmore is spelled wrong because I wrote it in haste.
To edit, I hit edit ...... then I go advanced edit.
I write the proper spelling in the box.
I also write reason for editing in the box --- usually I write "typo"
Then submit.
After all this, I find the title of my thread remains uncorrected --- but, it does a correction on my secondary thread title which is INSIDE the thread on the top (writen in bold type) above the post.
This correction doesn't help at all because the main thread title OUTSIDE is still incorrected.
Did all that make sense ?
