Anyone play chess?

I'm addicted to it. I guess that's better than crack or cigarettes. I play every day and miss the heck out of it when I can't play. I also sponsor the chess club at our school.

I love playing chess but i'm horrible at it.

Usually a 5 year old could beat me

My prob is I don't have the patience to play correctly.

I know how to play, I just haven't played it in a long while.

If there were a chess club at my son's school, I would enroll him. I know the general rules, but I don't play well.

My stratagy is blitz the enemy with my Queen, Rooks and Bishops.

In a short time, i'm usually left fighting with just pawns and knights ......

And then the inevitable happens

I play but I haven't grasped successful stratedgy. I need to put some effort into studying it more.

Chess actually bothers me a little because I'm not good at it.

I'm not very good either even though I understand the rules.

It is a good strategy game but some of the fun is gone for those that play at a high level. They just set up classic moves (that are not original) that can beat the average player in short order.

I love Chess. I was in the Chess club in school. I came in second in the city finals. I play any chance I get. I taught my girlfriend to play and she has become very skilled at it. We played last night. Great game. Great for the mind.
Bobby Fischer was a big hero of mine growing up.

Love it,haven't played in awhile but it's great.
Can play for hours sometimes not even saying a word.
I used to play everyday with my dad or uncles until I moved away.
