Ok my wife saw an item she wanted on ebay. Now the seller doesn't have paypal but does accept credit card payment but it has to be through any online service that issues money orders. Now the question is what kind of online service is this. Do you just purchase the money order online and they mail it to the person. Now my wife has a debit card that issues money orders. You just get online and purchase the money order and they mail it out the next day to the recipient. Is this what the seller is talking about or some other kind of service that issues the money immediately to the seller. Someone hopefully can enlighten me on this. Thanks and help please.

But how does it work with a credit or debit card and if you don't have a bank account. The seller wants it with a money order online service.

Wow, I don't think ebay even allows such payments.

Here, sellers are obliged to accept Paypal whether they like it or not.

Is it Bidpay or something like that?

I remember an online service that issued money orders before the days of paypal. You could pay with a credit card but they charged a fee for the service which the buyer always paid. You also have zero protection if something goes wrong.
