Whos going to FX in April?

If it happens I'm there,But i don't think it's happening this year,first it was changed from January to April,no guests have been announced,the home page doesn't work and for the first time ever I've emailed them a bunch of times and have gotten no response

I don't see it happening,and if it does it won't be for Jan. or no special guests

^^^ I'm going, they have announced the comic related guests. Not sure why there are no celeb guests announced yet. Our own David Lee is going to promote Castaway.

I ran into Mike Hertz, the guy who runs FX, a few months ago at another con. He claims he has some major media guests in the works for this year, but wouldn't let me in on any, even though he was trying to sell us booths. I think he switched the dates to get further away from Megacon, a much bigger show in the same facility at the end of Feb. I think the switch coupled with Mike's poor advertising the last few years may kill FX, which is a shame it was really great last year. He just doesn't want to put the work in to keep the thing alive and well.

I hate the April date. I mean, the weekend AFTER taxes are due. No one will have extra money, including me. Plus I have 2 friends who can't go because of the April date. I'd much rather go back to January.

But, yea. I'm up for meeting one day. I'll be there all three.
