Phantom Approved and ready to roll!

We had preliminary approval through King Features, but now that they have seen a factory sample we are free and clear to crank the Chinese Action-figure Machine!

What's this mean? Early Birds will be coming soon! How soon depends on the factory, but after Captain Action we learned the hard way to get everything pre-approved and done. So as we were making CA and Dr. Eville, we had every component of the Phantom and Prince Achmed molded and samples sent for approval. This means it's all done, and we just have to tell them how many to make!

We have some kick butt stuff in store for you guys and the variants on these guys, especially the Phantom, are very cool...

We are working very hard to debut these at a certain Large Toy show in the Sunshine state in April :costumed-smiley-063 Meaning the EB's would be shipped around that time or hopefully before. We are working on Show Exclusives and other cool stuff right now. NOTHING is etched in stone, and nothing is ever "fo sho" with China, but we are working on it!

It'd be a stretch... but maybe... Like I said in the first post.

...first of April is what we are shooting for... (that would beat Captain Action by 4 months, so we are making progress... We hope with distribution we can get times down even better than that!)
