Congrats you win. For the January inaugurations Reagans were the coldest and the warmest
1981 was the warmest with 55 degrees
1985 was the coldest with temps at 7 with wind chills up to -20 it was so cold the swearing in ceremony had to be held indoors.

That was a total out of the blue guess that I suspected would not be correct.
I always imagined the infamous Harrison inauguration day must have been much colder.
