Here are pics of my movie museum model props.
Most of the models are Studio Scale size meaning they are the exact size of the filming miniature used in the film.

This is my passion and with the exception of a few MR and Code3 pieces all are built from resin kits by me.
The Boba Fett costume from ROTJ is my favorite of all of displays and it is work of many years and thousands of $$$...
What else are you guys into besides Megos?
Lynn
That is a very impressive collection !!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing :)

Thanks, it has been refind over the years and with the birth of our 2nd child 2 years ago, I was forced to put my collection in the display space you now see that took me a year to remodel before and after his birth. :smiley1:

Thanks for showing that awesome collection
I like that Boba Fett a LOT and I'm also a big JAWS fan, so the shark
is cool to me too
I try not to collect too much, but movie props (or replicas) have
always been in the back of my mind
I'd like to make an Indiiana Jones display maybe one day with
a costume, and the important objects from each movie
Never saw a lifesize version of the ark, but that would be something!

Holy CRIPES! I thought you were making a joke about that white thing
inbetween the Boba and the Enterprise----but then I saw the Power Droid
thing---I did NOT notice that before---that is the first time I ever saw
anything like that. That's gotta be one of my favorite movie prop replicas
I've ever seen for its uniqueness alone (granted I'm a huge Star Wars fan so
that has something to do with my interest!)

Those are great and your displays are set up very well.
Very cool collection, love the Godzilla stuff and awesome Fett.
For me it's Batman 1966, I have a lifesize Catwoman and once I find a male mannequin I'll have a lifesize Batman too.

Thanks for all the comps guys!!
The power droid I did about 8 years ago, he is just made from Rubbermaid totes for the body, a sandwhich containor for the face, a PVC pipe internal frame, misc. doo dads for the face and body details, ducting for the feet, and some vac'd feet from a prop maker. It only cost about $35 to do total.
Boba Fett has been a true labor of of love since 1995 and has a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into it. I have had atleast 5 different wearable incarnations of the suit that I have worn over the years between 1999-2004 when I finished the display you see here.

This suit is my final incarnation, as with all others, is all built, assembled, sewn, and painted by me using parts made from talented prop makers all over the world.
I say he is my final incarnation because I've got burnt out on him and I nolonger want to do upgrades on his parts anymore, he looks pretty close to the movie Fett now, I don't need new parts that are "just" alittle closer to the real one. A few years from that may change, as most Fett costumers know a Boba Fett is NEVER done!! :smiley1:
I've got around $4000 invested into this puppy.
If I could only fit into it.... :smiley1:  Even if I lost wieght again, he is made to fit the mannequin.
Thanks again for the comps!

Word of advice, if he offers to show you his cargo hold, you should probably pass.

That is great stuff! Do you participate in the prop forums such as the RPF?
My movie room is under construction, ie; shelving layout, projector, screen...the whole 9 yards. I'll have plenty to decorate with as seen in the pic, but it ain't everything LOL :
