I found these stickers in the same envelope as one of my old 70's report cards
Another classic item comes into the future intact by pure accident
Anyway, are they worth anything ?

Wow! Wacky Packages! I love these stickers! People do sell these on Ebay, and new waves have come out recently. So you might wanna look those up.

There is a large following for Wacky Packages of the 70's.
Value 1-2 bucks each. Maybe slightly more (A set of 32 stickers and 9 checklists (Puzzle Back) is about 70 according to price guides but more like 40-50 bucks.
These are all from Series 5.

Cool link,
Thanks
I remember back in the 70's a lot of kids in school used to wear T-shirts with these on them.
I'm wondering if the shirts were licensed or bootlegs.
Like 20% of the boys in my class used to wear different ones in the mid 70's

I absolutely love these! I have a few stacks, but I'm not sure how to display them.
I believe the T-shirts were not bootlegs. Wacky Packages were rather popular and I'm pretty sure there was other merchandise as well. I even picked up the first two series of the new releases.

I just looked on ebay.
The ones I found and posted here are virtually worthless.
Meh, it was still an interesting find :)

The T-shirts were both licensed and bootlegged.
I'm not an expert, but I believe there were more bootlegged shirts than legit ones....
I have found a few in my thrifting jaunts, they are awesome!

One of the shirts I specifically remember was one doing a parody of Eveready Batteries.

Not worthless to someone completing a set, though. But yeah, a few bucks apiece in value.

I buy them when I find them for 5o cents or so. Much more than that and I pass. I don't get into the Hype of card "values". I just collect a bit of my childhood.

Are the back tan or white. Any creases, pin marks, stickers lifting up?

There was a book out recently that had pictures of every sticker issued.
The book that has two printing now, only covers Topps 1973 Wacky Packs Series 1-7. However the publishers were clever. They put different sticker inserts in each printing. So, if you all the different book insert stickers you have to buy both the 1st and 2nd printings.

I'll wait for the next book. Series 8-15

I find that as a kid I thought they were really funny. Now when I look at them it just seems to make me long for the package designs from my youth (i.e. wishing I could see the real thing again). I guess I need some help ;):juggleyes_y:

Oh man, I used to really love those as a kid & kinda collect them now. A few years ago I hit a garage sale & they had a HUGE cardboard box of them for cheap....I almost cried! They still make these today, go hit the 7-11 store tonight.

Yes. They were both made by Topps. Garbage Pail Kids was originally supposed to be a Wacky Packages sticker. But Topps decided to make it a seperate set.

A seperate set that turned out 15 series of 88 stickers and now new sets have been released. Amongst other stuff. These have been some of Topps biggest sellers over the years.
