Lycan or Vampyre? which would you choose?

I just finished watching Under World,and with the new film "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" coming out this month.It got me thinking,if you had a choice,which would it be....Lycan(werewolf) or a Vampire? Lycans seem to be stronger and can walk in day light but are sloppy.But the Vampires seem to be more High Class,well organized,smarter and better looking lol! I've always been a Vampire guy,so that's who I would choose,and having Selene(Kate Beckinsale) doesn't hurt :drool::drool:

so what's your choice? :grin:

With that being said, & if the theroy is correct, I would pick the Vampire.
I was acually afraid of Vampires until I was 13,.. true story,.. but since that time, read quite a bit about them. I think the Vampire's life would be interesting... to live a few hundred lifes in the Body of 1, could have been fantastic from an Historical perspective,.. assuming you cared about that angle over your thust for Blood.

Actually, werewolves do live forevever, unless killed by silver. Started that school of thought way back in Frankenstin Meets The Wolfman. This is a tough call. I love werewolves. They only turn on the full moon, they have super health and vigor while in human form and seem to have a more powerful pull on the oppiste sex. Now the vampire cant go out during the day and eats nothing but blood. They are soulless, so although they may be able to use mind control to have other do thier bidding, having no soul would mean no pleasure would be gained from any carnel acts.:terror:

More powerful??? Better organized and sophisticated, yes...physically...no.

Remember, when never got to see the head Lycan (Lucian) fight the head vampire (Viktor)...but Lucian was obviously more powerful than Selene.

Amongst the non-leaders...Lycans punked vampires one-on-one.

Also, in Abbot and Costello...the Wolf-Man chases Dracula like a little punk.

...and in Val Helsing, Helsing as a werewolf...DESTROYS Dracula.

So I don't get this vampies are more powerful thing.

Werewolves are just beasts of destruction.

In Underworld, the Lycans start as slaves...but soon rise up and brake away from vampire domination...thanks to Lucian.

I agree. I love the period piece idea. Although slightly dissapointed that because of that we get no Selene. But Eh , I am looking forward to it nontheless .
