Haven't seen it yet, but pretty much everything with Clint in it (couple of exceptions) is A OK in my book

Looks great. Can't wait to see it.

The older Clint gets, the meaner, more grizzeld he looks. Old age works for him.

Has Eastwood even MADE a lackluster movie in the last couplea decades?

I haven't seen any of them really...but every movie he's involved with
seems to get spectatcular reception/reviews from I've seen.

I DID see his directorial debut PERFECT WORLD back in the mid 90s
and thought it was one of the greatest movies ever made...
and I don't have too many favorites that are so serious in tone.

I've gotta admit in the shot where he points his finger at the gang like he's shooting, he looks just as intimidating as he ever did in the Dirty Harry movies. You almost expect them to get shot by his finger and they all die. He has aged pretty well and gotten tougher too. He probably should have started directing earlier in his career. His track record with successful movies where he's had a presence behind the camera as well is getting pretty impressive, and looks like this one will just add to it.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Actually, he's been directing since 1971. "Play Misty For Me" was his first.

Perfect World is vastly underrated. Great work. Proves Costner CAN act when he chooses too.

                          Apologies.

Wonder what made me think otherwise?

EDIT: Wow. I just checked wiki...Eastwood directed many, many films before (and after) PERFECT WORLD----amazing----I never knew that.

Chris thanks for acknowledging PERFECT WORLD and it's value.

Sometimes it seems like I'm the only one that knows that movie exists!

Clint is the man. One of my favorite actors. I have been looking forward to seeing this movie, have to get a baby sitter and go.

all time best movie was The Outlaw Josie Wales
