Here I am; the first to post in this forum!

I bought a couple of EMCE's Trek figures, but didn't take a very close look until recently.

The figures are excellent, except for a couple of teeny little points.

1. Whoever sewed Uhura's dress did a lousy job on the hem. It actually runs off of the fabric on the left side.

2. Her legs keep popping apart when I try to put her into a seated position. I fixed that by simply pushing the hips into the hip cavity.

The Spock figure is great! Lovely job there, no complaints.

The Romulan figure; just one complaint. You can't pull the helmet off easily. I plan to remedy that by blasting him with the blow dryer to make his head squishier so I can pop the helmet off.

These are the only figures I have so far; I plan on getting Chekov, Sulu, Capt. Kirk, Doc McCoy and Scotty in the future, so that I can have the main cast.

I'd love to see Chapel, Rand, the female Romulan Commander, Mr. Leslie, Sarek, Amanda, Saavik, T'Pau, and Leila Kalomi in the future.

congratulations on first posting. I bought some of the emce Aliens that I've always wanted but not bad enough to pay the money for the vintage so these are nice for display.

I've got the first 10 released, through Uhura and Mugato. First 6 are opened and posed on my Enterprise playset. Not sure if I am going to open the rest or not!

He's more like Funky 60's Monkey.

Glad you got 1st post in this board, good for you to know about EMCE figures! :)

I have near complete EMCE repro Megos collection. When I get Chekov & Cheron, Sulu & Gorn, Zira & Zaius then I'll finish to complete EMCE collection and then I'll used Star Trek figures for customs seen on TOS Star Trek TV series and I'll put all of them in custom TOS Star Trek Enterprise playset made by MegoScott in the future. I'll used EMCE Cornelius for custom Conquest Planet of the Apes seen on the movie. So, I'll not ruining original vintage Megos used for customs but if Megos are in very poor condition then I'll used for customs. I'm glad to having EMCE figures!

I can't wait to get Uhura, Mugato (HAPPY! happy! sorry for the Zoolander reference) Chekov, Cheron, etc etc etc. I will have them all. Nothing will stop me.

I've got all the released EMCE Trek figures and have ordered the next ones already. I'll continue supporting EMCE in 2009. Looking forward to the Night of the Living Dead figures. :yes:
