Local TV and Major Cable Company Bumping Heads, I am in the Middle

Our local CBS affiliate (WAFB) and COX Cable are butting heads and putting the viewers in the middle. It seems WAFB wants a 1 cent per viewer raise and Cox says no. It seems WAFB is trying scare tactics with its viewers.

It's not just you. One of our cable companies (Charter) is having the same problem with FOX. Their agreement is scheduled to expire on Dec. 31st. They are still talking.

They came to an agreement last night, so all is good. I could have used rabbit ear, but it is the principal, they putting the consumer in the middle.
