Undoubtedly bad drinks but they are using Calories as there measuring stick for the most part.

calories have gotten a bad name they don't deserve.

calories are a measure of energy that, when utilized are great. the problem is that alot of us don't expend the energy equivalent of what we take in or we trade the four food groups for junk food.

i'm too hyperactive to sit through 4 hours of football.

i do wish there was a sipping drink that was non alchoholic - i have tried switching out beer for juice but you are right - i just chug it. at that rate i would drink a couple gallons of OJ during one movie.

i've done the coffee sippage during daytime events but you can only do so much of that and i MUST have sweets on the side with my coffee.

my preferred way of testing how much garbage my body can take is to have a bag (the $3.49 bag) and enough PBR to wash it down. i usually am pretty upset with myself later but i know i will do it again.

man if I had a bag of doritos and beer here i would start right now.

luckily i am lazier than needing it.
