lol, they arent Krege RM Robin rare but they arent too easy to find, especially with that many of its accessories, I believe it is missing only one thing, which is a piece of string on the back of it.

to convert it easily without the internet just times the american value by 0.8 and you'll get the answer (times it by 1.2 to reverse it, obviously :) )
