Does anyone know if one of the stores will be selling a limited edition of the Dark Knight Blu Ray with special packaging?
I'm thinking how cool it was to buy Iron Man from Target in the case shaped like a mask and was wondering if store was offering any kind of limited edition before I just go out and buy it anywhere.
As a side note, I'm probably the only person here who hasn't seen it. I was going to go but we were busy with other things and never got around to it so I'm really looking forward to it.

I did see that version which seems to also be offered at every store. I looked at a Target flyer and they are offering a limited edition disc in a Batman Cowl (similar to the Iron Man release), so I think I'm going for that version.

Wal-Mart is also having a replica Two-Face coin. I think that's with the two-disc DVD. It's getting hard to keep up nowadays.

Nope, you are not alone there. :smiley1: I had a busy summer and it just never happened. I was trying to make a special trip to see it in IMAX, but it just wasn't in the cards (my increasing distaste for having to actually brave a movie theatre these days doen't help matters). Oh well, this one will be getting premiered on the home theatre in Blu-ray, I guess. I'm looking forward to it as well. :)

Same here. Missed it in the theatres. We haven't upgraded to Blu-ray, so traditional DVD is how we will be going.

Just FYI, the Wal-Mart Two-Face coin is only packaged with the single disc DVD. So no 2-disc set and no blu-ray if you want a Two-Face coin. I just got the two disc DVD. The coin looked kind of chintzy anyhow.

Well,..
The Knights Review...
I have never scene the Movie Until lastnight . I had a real bad ear infection over the Summer,.. so I never saw the Movie in theaters. As well as was kinda afraid to see the Movie,.. Batman is probably my Favorite Character of all time,.. Next to Hal Jordan Green Lantern ofcourse.
I have always felt that any & all Batman Movies have lacked some serious relationship to the character in reguards to the comicbooks & how the character is represented ingeneral in the Movie. Dissapoint has always entered my mind after seeing all & any Movies of Batman.
So I waited for DVD... I only picked up the 15 Dollar version of the Movie at Target. In like 6months,.. WB is going re-release the movie with extended movie , & many other options like what happened with the Lord of the Rings series, when the released the Bible versions.
Bottom Line it, as fas as the DarkKnight goes without giving anything..
This Movie Flipp'in Rules imo.
From the Opening scene in the Movie, it takes off & keeps going untill the end. I was in AWE over just how Awesome this Movie Was put together. It was so like reading a Comicbook,.. & the character Protrails were Unbelievable. Ledger's Joker Was Fantastic,.. may he R.I.P.
I look foward to the next instalment. :2thumbsup:

Anyone know what's on the extra Walmart DVD? I picked mine up yesterday from Costco (nothing special from them) but I haven't opened it yet. If the Walmart extra DVD has anything that rings my bell, I might take the Costco copy back and go to Walmart.

Any idea if any of the extras through Walmart are going to be included on this thing?
