Removing Blue Stain's from RC Bat's?

Does anyone have a link to the Company that makes that Stain remover, that takes off the Blue Stain's caused by the Batman's Cowl? I seen someone post it here once...it's called something like "REMOVES-IT"? I've been using MSN search...but not have any luck!
