Folks,
There seems to be some consternation on the new Phantom pre-order "Early Birds". Now mind you this will not be news to 99.9 percent of you fine museum members and Cast-a-Way Supporters, but I wanted to post it here for the casual observer.

The Phantom figure is a Pre-order, it will ship hopefully early in the new year. Please read this carefully, this is a PRE-ORDER. We are not posting a date just yet, because we learned the hard way last time that these can come and go with no Chinese tears. If this seems scary or unusual, have a look at the Captain Action and Dr. Eville figures that folks have received. To borrow a phrase "Their real and their SPECTACULAR". As a thanks for plunking your money down now, you will receive bonus stuff. Again we can't say exactly because we are waiting on King Features final approval. But again, have a look at the Captain Action and Dr. Eville "Early Birds", we plan to hook folks up once again!

Finally, e-mail updates will start here soon to let you know what we know when we know it... This looks to be a very cool new year for MEGO-like figures and we know the Phantom will be and exciting part of that!

Where can I see this Phantom figure and is it too late to order one? Cost?
I always loved the Phantom in the comics when I was a kid.
Is he 8"?

The bodies on the Captain Actions and Dr. Evilles are out of this world. Absoulutely no problem with the arms during the "Stick 'em up" tests! :terror:

Are these the same bodies as the plain headless ones sold on the Castaway Toys site?

Keep up the great work, Dave!

Nope. I own about 150 Phantom comics and he pulls that knife trick quite often.

As far as peeking goes, I'll be in Kansas City from 12/10 to 12/19. So you better watch out!

I would also like to let any onlookers know that the Capt Action WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I highly recomend the Phantom EB package. I have already put my money where my mouth is.

Seriously good stuff here folks. I got my C.A. and D.E and ordered Phantom and a few other goodies including the club memebership.

The bodies and suits on them are excellent
