I Never Knew that. Thats Crazy. My Fire alarm has gone off before and I'm up in an Instant. I even Sleep with Earplugs. Great Information. I'm gonna tell my Friends.

I know about this........how to combat this have them redesign the fire alarm to play the latest Hip Hop/Rock/Pop song LOUD and watch them get up!!...:grin:

or have rapper Snoop dog voice saying Yo Get your *** up your *** is on Fire! I'm sure they'll be up in a Hearbeat! :grin:

yeah i have heard this too. there is some company making fire alarms that record your voice telling your kid to get out of bed, and supposedly that works better

My daughter could sleep through WWIII. So it is scary she may not hear the smoke detector
