Someone Shrink My Boxers......

I am looking to create a custom Joe Frazier or George Foreman as if they were sold with the Mego Muhammad Ali.

I need a head of either guy. Has anyone shrunk the 12" Starting Lineup Frazier head to 9" size? Or perhaps enlarged the Frazier head used in the 7" Rocky Balboa toys? I don't know of any Foreman heads existing.

Any help would be appreciated.
