It was playing yesterday afternoon here, we lasted about 20 minutes before both kids asked to watch fat albert instead. Too scary for my flock.

That is an odd movie. The Batman was supposed to be aimed at kids, but that one goes beyond even the darkest BTAS/TNBA/Batman Beyond stuff. Andrew watched it the first year it was released, and it was honestly too much for him. I haven't mentioned it since.

It's been alittle while since I have had to deal with the "Frightness of Toons" with the Kiddies... I can't remember if this One freaked out the Boy that much,.. I know he could never Hang with The Phantasam Cartoon,.. & was never that found of HAMEL's Joker either.
Hmmmm....
It wasn't bad. I find it weird that so many kids were scared by it. Looking back on my own childhood this would have been pretty tame for me and my friends. Maybe the showing of blood kinda put an edge on it for them.
Then again; I met a LOT of people at the U who couldn't watch "Doctor Who" when they were kids 'cos it scared them so much. (One guy couldn't get past the opening....)
I kinda nodded off a bit through it. Did they explain how Dracula got to Gotham?
