Identify This Kaiju Figure, Please!

A married couple I'm friends with recently returned from a trip to Japan, and they brought me back some Ultra Man kaiju figures. I recognized most of the monsters, but this one has me stumped:

Good stuff. That guy looked familiar to me, but I couldn't remember his name. There are so many Ultra kaiju, it's hard to keep up with all the names.
