    Neck Holes

Are the EMCE neck holes smaller than the MEGO neck holes?

I am trying to put a Cast head on an EMCE body and the neck plug is too big. Fits fine on an old Type 2 body.

Should I dremel the hole or the neck plug?

Either would do the trick. Just don't sand off too much too quickly. I don't even mess with neckholes, I just sand down plugs. If I go too far, I wrap scotch tape around the plug a few times till it fits snug into the hole.

      Neck holes

Is the plug made out of vinyl or resin?

If it's vinyl, you can heat it up with some boiling water to make it squishy, and then simply push it in.

If it's resin, then maybe filing the neck hole would be better.

Its a resin head. Makes sense to sand down the neck plug. Thanks for the responses.
