Here's the side by side comparison of the regular figures and the variant heads and parts. The regular figures have the same accessories the way Murphy anderson drew them. The early birds also came with the variant heads, the Murphy Anderson trading card, and the accesories the way ideal put them out. The mask that comes with the Dr. Eville is a rare version that only came with the original Ideal Dr. Evil gift set.

Sir, are you a rep from Cast-A-Way Toys? I collect both Mego and Captain Action DC superheroes and the Cast-A-Way figures blend the best of two worlds. I had pre-ordered them from an On-Line Retailer but if I can get minter items from Cast-A-Way Toys directly, or even the early bird versions directly from Cast-A-Way, I'll switch my order in an eye blink.

Furthermore, some questions arise from your post. Are you saying that the regular Dr. Evil won't come with the mask? Because the pictures on the On-Line Retailer do show Dr. Evil with the mask... And from the pictures you posted, which one you call regular and which one you call variant? As I am seeing it, the one to the left is variant and the one to the right is regular... Is that right?

Last but not least, when are the figures going to be released/available?
