Any Ideas on who this could be???

Have some CTVT Bodies laying around, and came up with this. It is sloppy, but I just wanted to see if it would work. It does, Not the best mobility, but it works.

Any ideas from you guys on how I could put him to use as a custom??

Wasn't there some character or other who was born with four arms?

It was in a video game that was turned into a movie, but for the life of me, I can't remember which movie!

How about that time when Spiderman grew two extra arms?

At least, I think it was two extra ones. It might have been more.

That dude from Mortal Kombat...whose name escapes me at the moment. Or lose an arm and he's Zaphod from Hitchiker's Guide
Of all the souls I have encountered his was the most...human.

The Spider-Man with four arms from when Peter Parker grew an extra pair.
“As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery… we have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger, attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion and a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness.” - The Dalai Lama

I did the same thing and used it as a four-armed Spidey.

Switch out his hands for some monster claws, find a suitable monster head, and put a lab coat on him. He could be some science experiment run amok from a '50s or 60's horror film.

No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

The four armed guy from Mortal Kombat is Goro, but he's way more muscular than that. Four armed Spidey would be my suggestion as well

Well, he could be Doc Ock, and put the other arms on the costume.

Sorry guys...but Spider-man had 6 arms and 2 legs making him a true arachnid. You'd have to add a pair of arms to make that version of Spider-man.
