View Full Version : Repainted Thing, anyone done it?

Has any one repainted their thing? No matter how different I type it, it still just comes out wrong. :smiley1:

My Things head is a little faded as well as his hands, but his suit is nice.
I thought about reapinting his head to match his suit. It is not too hard a task and it would do wonders for the figure.

I saw one on eBay, but I neglected to save the pics of it, and it looked pretty good.
I would love to see pics if you have done it.
Please post pics if you have them.

I've seen a few people take a mego thing head, repaint it, adding black lines in the cracks. Looked really cool. Can't remember who has done it, but I've seen it a few times.

:grin: It's an original "Lava Man" custom I started years ago. I picked up a set of arms and legs for him at Megomeet, so I think I have everything I need to finish him now.
