The Olympics is holding up a lot of stuff. I work in a Plumbing Supply warehouse and we are waiting on our supplier on a couple of items...delays are due to the olympics. What sucks is that we have a lot of contractors that are waiting on stuff the ordered 3 months ago. So have patience people.

I just got a confirmation email that the bodies, gloves, boots and some of our other parts shipped by fedex last night. We asked for overnight shipping so we should have the first shipment this weekend. We'll keep you posted.

Guys I have every faith in you and your product I love CA and I love you guys for breathing life back into him. I can wait as long as it takes to get the quality you guys are known for over at castaway and I look forward to many more purchases in the future! Thanks for the continued support. It really means alot. After working on this stuff sometimes nightly for the last 6 months to get things just right, it's very frustrating for us to have to ask people to wait again. We could have met our ship dates in spite of everything going on in china. Everyone probably would have been happy with their figures and only a few people would have complained. But honestly a few of the items just didn't live up to our standards. We don't want to send out figures that will break, or have other issues. It's got to be right the first time. If it's not good enough for our toy shelves we're not going to send it to your house. There may be a few people that don't want to wait but we honestly believe that those of you who stick with us will be very satisfied with your order. Keep your eyes peeled to your mail boxes Castaway is sending a little token of thanks to our friends that have been patiently waiting with us.

I also have faith in you David but recent events have taught me the lesson to never pre-order again unless a figure is truly limited. I will still buy all of the new stuff but now just when it's available.

Well...it IS better to wait for Quality Product! CTVToy's has taught Us...it's not enough to put out 8" Mego style Figures(or Reproductions)that are of POOR quality...and BREAK easily!!:ugh_y:
I for applaud You Guys for having Standards(& not using recycled Plastic)...to put out a really decent Figure. I truely wish You Guys Success....and hope They turn out right!:yes:

What he said. I'm really pumped about your stuff. It's innovative, and after holding it in my hands I have no doubt as to the quality. The wait is a killer, but sooner or later it's going to get here. It's like my good friend Tom Petty says, "The waaaaaaaiting is the hardest part."

The EBS was an excellent incentive to pre-order the figures. I think most of us (if not all) expected some kind of delay. I appreciate the email updates.

I'm glad I pre-ordered because I don't have to think about whether or not I have the funds available when the figures eventually get released. :smile:
