Remain calm - all is well.
I got several cases of Scotty and the Keeper and on the vast majority the collar
is fine. Sometimes the collar is kept down by a spot of glue - if the assembler
forgets to do that, the collar may pop up.
I saw one yesterday that had the collar problem and I put the tiniest dot of
fabric glue on the underside of the V of the black collar and held it in place
for a second or two. All better.Comment

Whew! I feel better! If Mine comes like that...I'll use Your "fix"!sigpicComment

I guess it'll be a lot harder if you keep your figures still sealed in the plastic case...
I have all the vintage ones loose, and I'm keeping the new ones sealed....

I open almost eveything. I can't help it. I have a mixture of new and old. That Klingon was looking anxious so I opened him.Comment

When this Repro Retro Cloth project was announced, I put my originals away for good.
EMCEs I take out, pose all over my house, get extras to customize, in general, ENJOY them.
The Doc specifically made the cases to be reusable, so all my EMCE figures get sealed up tight in their packages again.Comment
