Dc Super Heores: The Filmation Adventures: A Worthy Investment!!

I just received my copy of The DC Super Heroes: The Filmation Adventures DVD today. As I am now back at work, I haven't yet watched anything fully yet, but I did have time to scan through it and I've discovered the quality is remastered perfectly.
Disc One has in order: The Atom, The Flash, and Green Lantern.
Disc Two has Hawkman, Justice League of America, and the Teen Titans as well as the extra feature.
All the original individual intros of each character(s) are present. And the extra feature on Filmation Founder Lou Scheimer looks very promising.
In a nutshell, my reccomendation is simple:

Toss away the homemade recordings from Boomerang and Cartoon Network as well as those bootleg 16mm. quality versions. This is the real deal. While I have yet to watch these, from what I've viewed so far, this is another step in completing the classic DC Comics Cartoon Shows.
The back of the box says to look for more DC Classic shows and they name The All New SuperFriends Hour: The Complete Series, which I guess is coming, even though WB has made no announcement yet.
If you love the classic DC Cartoons, you'll love these old classics.
    Cheers.

Cool, for some reason I thought this was coming out later. I'll have to pick it up this weekend.

I need to get these. Is Aquaman still on the cover? If so why? Wasn't he only in the JLA intros?

It will be cool to see those intros, since I've never seen them! The first time I saw them was on that "Superman/Batman Adventures" show that repackaged them with the Super Friends. It's how Boomerang still shows them.

Aquaman had his own episodes along with Minnow (Aqualad).

These shows are classic. I saw it tonight and was very tempted but I want those Superfriends episodes more.

Some of my fondest earliest memories are of watching this show. Have to track down the DVD...assuming it's out in Canada yet?

The Aquaman shorts aren't part of this set, they already came out on its own.

Oh. I didn't read it over. I picked it up and saw him on the cover so I assumed his episodes were included.

I will pick this up very soon. I have most of them on tape from cartoon network.

Only 18 episodes on 2 disks? They put 18 per disk on the Superman set. I'm glad this set is out, but they missed the boat by not including the Superboy episodes. Hopefully the rest of the Superman episodes will be released. I wonder what the hold up is on the Batman set. Not talking about the crappy 70's version that is already out.

I think Superboy is still a touchy issue because of the pending lawsuits, no?
