View Full Version : What if Fett was a Medieval Knight??

Would he be as respected and feared; or would he be killed instantly cause he can't see out his helmet?

Before you laugh at it, let me fill you in. This was all intentionally designed as a medieval Boba Fett, not a failed attempt at the Star Wars version. I was playing around with the CTVT Knights, and re-arranging their armor so I could create "New Knights" as villians for my yet to purchase Mego Knights. I was looking at my BobaFett SW figure on the shelf and thought, what if....????

I had a lot of fun with this one. Not quite done yet, but dang close. I didn't want to use the CTVT Black Knights head with this one, but the other heads I chose don't really fit in the helmet. So I used the one you see, but he can't quite see out, which bothers me. I am open to ideas. Please let me know what you think.... I am pretty ok with him so far, but if you hate him, thats cool. The vision thing is bugging me but maybe I have just been staring at him too long. Hope you like.

Armor from various CTVT Knights.
Braids donated by my horses.
Body - T2 Doc Mego.
All paint by me.

Great custom kitbash!!
I'm with Starbuk; if you can trim the bottom of the helmet, you should be able to see his eyes. Maybe even getting the body armor to sit a little tighter to the shoulders??

Still, it looks great.

Ya I would dremel the sides where it touches and leave the front and back and it will sit lower and you wont see it with the pads on his shoulders.

That is a pretty fun what if project. He looks great. Would be kind of cool to see a knight version of Vader.

Nate,

Thats a very neat design Bud. It does have a Bit of Mandolarian Flavor to it too. Love the costuming & the Emblem on the Sheild. & BTW,.. you didn't want to use a Black Knight Head ? .... Well you didn't. lol :smiley1:

Of course, trimming the helmet is the obvious solution. I have been staring at it too long, like I thought. I will round up the sides for a better fit in the front and back, and also hopefully that will lower it a little for the eyes.

I didn't even want to use a soft ctvt head but short of a little pea-headed sculpt, nothing I had fits in the helmet.

And BK, no reflection on you. :silly:
