If those are actual production figures, then that price isn't too bad for a Japanese import. The detial is more impressive than the similarly priced Medicom Marvel Super Heroes, who look a tad cartoony to me. Sure these are smaller, but the detail on that Boba Fett is NUTS.
But then again, I don't collect Star Wars, so I'm not going to buy them anyway.

I don't collect star wars but i'd have to get the Boba Fett, i've always liked that character and the figure looks really cool.
$100 doesn't seem all that bad when you consider the cost of some custom figures and original Mego's too." But you can't kill me, i'm a Genius "Comment

Wow, I'm even more shocked that you guys think that price is right
Come on, $100 for an 8" figure... this ain't vintage you know
I'm not a Star Wars collector, but even if I was I wouldn't pay this... so what if it's Japanese import... it doesn't cost $100 to import these... These are imported in such a large number the costs are probably nothing anyway..."...The agony of my soul found vent in one loud, long and final scream of despair..." - Edgar Allan PoeComment

Hobbylink Japan has the Vader for $104.00 - with extensive images of the inner diecast body, accessories & whatnot.
Here's a very nicely detailed and fully articulated figure of Darth Vader, featuring a die-cast metal inner body onto which you dress the Vader outfit's leather-like suit, armor, helmet, and other details. Comes with three pairs of hands for a variety of posing options, and also includes two types of lightsabers. Stands about 18cm high.
HLJ's a great company. Japanese hobby items sold at Japanese retail without the typical secondary/collector market mark-up.Micronauts Collector, Historian, Consultant
