I have a great idea for mr. mx's head, unfortunatly his nbose is far too long, does anyone have any ideas/stories to share of how to shorten his nose without destroying the head?
thanks

Use a resin copy of his head.

Are you using an actual Mego Mxy head or a resin molded head? Here is pic of a molded Mxy Head I used for the Mad Hatter. I basically used fingernail clippers to cut away at the nose, then sanded it down until I got the look I wanted.

that mad hatter is sick!!! No I'm planning on using a real mego head, the dilema is I wasn't planning on having to paint the flesh, but i wonder if i cut and sand the nose if there is anyway to avoid that.
thanks

Wicked Hatter! Kinda reminds me of a red-head Jerry Lewis!

you wouldn't be able to sand the nose, it'd just go all fibrous and ruin the head.
you could always get hold of the short nose version Myx head.
