Batman: The Brave and the Bold trailer

Comic Book Resources > CBR News: CCI: Trailer

After us adults got the Dark Knight, it's good to see a Batman aimed squarely at kids. Love the retro look and feel. There's definitely an Adam West meets Bob Haney vibe there!

Well if it's aimed squarely at kids, I'm sure diggin' it! Looks like an awesome line-up...Kite Man! Clock King! Gentleman Ghost! Blue Beetle! Green Arrow! Plastic Man! Interesting how the Beetle is the new version and yet GA looks like he did prior to "Brave and the Bold" #85, when Neal Adams revamped his outfit. I've seen pics of Aquaman and he's old school orange shirt yet with the beard (but short hair). I think this is going to be my new favorite cartoon!

      WOW!
This looks fantastic. Batman looks like he should, and the music is cool! If the story telling matches this will be big....And the toys! Think of all the wonderful toys!

Looks like alotta fun. I was thrilled to see Plastic Man back onscreen...it's
        been a while, hasn't it?

Also---that Gentleman Ghost sure gets around for being so low on the DCU totem pole

Thanks for the link Chris. I love the Silver Age aspects to the show. If I had to knitpick, it would be the music during the trailer. Which is more than likely the opening to the show.

Hmmm...Looks very seventies so for that it may be worth watching alone.
I know my son will love it he likes all batman cartoons.

Anything with Green Arrow in it can't be all bad. I like the look and feel of the whole thing.

                  I hope I'm right.

This does look like fun. Hope we eventually get to see a silver age JLA in action.
