Very cool , actually watched it at work (didn't see the thread yesterday). Colbert was hilarious, but watching him butcher the end was a bit painful. Would have been nice to have had a complete performance. The bit about their not being in the R&R HoF (or even nominated) despite their amazing longevity and success just reminds me how much of a joke that whole thing is. I guess that is one thing they have in commonj with KISS.

I watched it thanks to knowing it was coming thanks to this thread. I missed seeing them by a few days when they were playing in Toronto. I had just booked my rreturn flight when I heard they were coming. Rush is one of the all time most under-rated bands. The new "Snakes and Arrows" is awsome.

I've been on a RUSH bender via YouTube the last day or so. I need to catch up on their more recent stuff, I fell away after Grace Under Pressure...I wish I had tried to see their latest tour.

It's not Rush, but on September 5th I'm going to see Journey, Heart and CheapTrick in Toronto. I wish Steve Perry was going to be there.
