I may still tweak this a bit but it is pretty much done

I changed the url and eliminated passwords.
It is not password protected from viewing.
If you are asked for a pssword, enter your user name and pass - I had to log in to view the gallery.

Can't see it without a password.
hmm - i am trying to figure out the new gallery. it isn't as simple as the previous one.
when it asked about being password protected - i figured that was for changes/deletions.
i'll try to correct

I have been asked for a password to enter the galleries.
If you are not logge in there you may need to before viewing.

Now I see him! Nice job. The only suggestion I would have is to remove the adhesive (I assume that is what it is...or else Bill Clinton got near him :smiley1: ) on the front of his suit. It may not show up under normal lighting, but the flash on your camera picks it up.
Other than that, he looks like he came straight off the Mego assembly line!!

I like the AJ scuba tanks, but I'd trade out the orange tubes for some black ones.
I've tried usaing goo be gone on the adhesive but can't get rid of it.
(i got the suit from a member - he had a Batman emblem on it with some mondo adhesive glue)
I may switch the tubes but I like the megoness of it and i painted the eyes to match - they really are pretty far from the character but i thought i'd use liscence on it

Looks good. I wonder if the adhesive residue could be painted over with flat black acrylic?

Looks good, but I'm with Ant on replacing the orange tubes with black ones. Otherwise, great job

alot of hobby stores carry stuff like that to make necklaces out of
I will continue to try to get the glue out.
and if I was to do the figure as typically shown his head should be grey/silver and the tubes are more often grey than black. i may change them - but i kinda like him as is.
the biggest problem is actually not seen in the pic-
i bought the head at the mego meet only to find out that the neck plug was too small when i got home so the head is just resting on him. it stays put nicely now but I may lightly glue it down.

Try a few different bodies. Some have smaller neck holes than others.

I had a similar problem with my Hawkman head. What I did was take some electrical tape and wrap the neck plug until it was snug enough to stay put. (Although my Hawkman head didn't really have the standard plug it had a longer stem.) It prevents the head from coming out but you can still turn it.

Yep, some tape around the neck will fix that problem for you. Have done it a couple of times myself, works like a charm. The head sits tightly in the neck hole and you can still turn it around

That's a nice job, he's a character I'd like to get someday.
So... a member sent me a new suit in the mail along with a tight T2 body and real CHiPs hands. It took all of 3 days for him to offer to make it for free, make it for free and ship it for free. Since he didn't post it publicly he may have wanted to stay anonymous. So lets call him "Derek Combs" to protect his anonymity.
Thank you "Derek"!

That is what I need, where can I get the custom head?
A member claimed the old figure and suit already.
You can get the head from Brian Leitner I forget the second part of his email bleit1701@? I'm sure someone here knows it.
