That's Ron Peritore, the most anti CTVT guy on the planet. 2 years running (broken this year) he won a set of CTVT figures in the meet raffle. That pic was from the 2nd year.
I put that up there after last years meet as a joke and just never got around to taking it down. Ron's been a sport though, so I'm working on a new header for Replica chat. -

I think maybe a picture of Dr. Mego on the top part of the replica chat area would be the most appropriate.
