I'm looking to get the set moc but only need Carter and Morrow both w/ the spacesuit, the other 2 I don't need are: Bergmam Black Sun and Mateo. These are listed as 4 in a set on ebay, if anyone is interested please send a pm. Thx :sunny_y:

why dont you buy 2 loose figures from ctvt for $5 each that way you get the ones you want.

Because they wouldn't be MOC. :googly:

I don't think they would be anyway. Didn't the CTVT 1999 Space suit guys come boxed, not carded? I thought they did because of the helmets and the big chest pieces and such. So they still wouldn't be MOC, they'd be MIB

I knew when I posted my reply that some pedantic know-it-all would mention the boxes. I'm glad you did it instead, Dave. :wink_y:

Why not just go direct to the source and get them $10 MOC? yes, they are MOC, I just checked the CTVT site. :wink_y:

Notice how those cards don't have bubbles? That's because they're just mock-ups. The released figures were indeed boxed.

Thx, I should have said MIB. I'm sure the CTVT site would be fine for just the 2 figs, but this way is much less fun than splitting w/ another member:grin:

The boxes are pretty nice, with illustrated inserts. But the one I have (Alan Carter) was shoved and tied into it in an uncomfortable looking fashion. So it looked pretty bad factory-sealed.

The figure also took some work to look nice. The helmet collar was way out of place, one of the visor pins was broken and one of the figure's ankles was broken. A DocMego body and some careful work - including widening the face opening in the helmet and trimming the lower edge of the visor to sit a little lower, as well as some other tweaks - and its a great figure. Colorful with lots of Gerry Anderson sci-fi coolness.
