But...if someone wanted...could the Boots be removed entirely? I love the Silksceened Boots...but what they lack is Heels.:please_y: It looks like She's in Stocking Feet....which is why I prefer the Plastic ones.

Yeah, DC Animated Universe. The pic above is a screenshot of her costume from that show. It's really similar to what you have already done only with fewer stars on the hot pants, a double point belt, and a darker shade of blue. Maybe a little longer on the wristbands as well
