Anyone have a Scale Mail tutorial?

Looking for a references to see if it's possible to make scale mail for a Mego figure and, if possible, if it's worth the time.

    Thanks

I'm sure it would look great but in mego scale it would be very tricky to do right.
Personally i'd try to find a fabric that looked like mail or had a chain mail effect printed on.

CTVT has Knight tights that work pretty good. I got a set and croppped 'em for a female D&D character I'm working on. I've also used the mesh netting from a pair of swim trunks; dyed, as a sort of chain mail. Works pretty good if you're not going for a metallic look. (I used it for Warduke's armour.)

I had a friend who makes chainmail and he assured me you COULD make a suit for a Mego figure. It's real time consuming though.

Buccaneer boots and now chainmail? Man, I can't wait to see what Tryo has cooking.

Not quite what I'm looking for, but it's a fantastic site. Thanks!
