Ditto here. I know we'll never see that kind of Mego love presented with such skill and artistry on a daily basis again. It was a rich, rich experience I am sad to say too many Mego lovers missed out on. Thank goodness for archives.

To quote Charlie Brown...."Aaauuuuuugh!" Say it isn't so! The book and the blog seemed to be such a labor of love that's it's sad to hear the blog is shutting down for good.

That's a shame. I have never been much of a blog follower, but I found myself reading this one more than others. You were truly on the edge of making blogs commonplace Benjamin. Looking forward to your next endeavor, whatever that might be.

What a great ride its been. You've added so much to the Mego community and you did it with stlye and class. Anyone who can bring so many Two Guys memories back for me HAS to have some value. Good luck in your future efforts, though I'm sure you will most likely not nee it.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. I sincerely appreciate the support and kind words. I posted a coda tonight, borrowing from the late (great) Jeff Buckley for a title:

All good things must come to an end, and we have been fortunate enough that it has been with us all the way until this ending. But this is not the beginning of the end; it is the end of the beginning. I, for one, cannot wait to learn what it is when this new beginning reaches my horizon where I shall be waiting for it, one hopes, not too impatiently. :)

We all owe Ben a huge debt of gratitude for all of the untold hours he's spent since the dawn of the Millenium conceiving, creating, publishing, and blogging his work. Ben is as exceptional a person as he is talented visually, and I am glad to see that he feels his work here is complete. I can wait to see what our good friend Mr. Holcomb creates next. I know that whatever it is, be animal, vegetable, mineral, or graphical, it will be fantastic!

Salut Ben!
