New Customs (careful, lots of pics)

Hi, boys and girls... garagesale here!

I don't get the opportunity to do superheroes and such all that often, but I've taken a break from some of my other installation and diorama stuff (that have political content generally, so I usually don't post them) to do these.

    Hope you all enjoy!

    (GL still needs a logo!)

(That's Ma Walton's head... if anyone can fix me up with a real Sue head, I'd love that... but the costume was brought back from the grave and the golves/boots are repros)

    Thanks for looking!

Dude, that Sandman was easy. I took a DC Direct Sandman, boil-and-popped off his hands and stuck them straight into some T-1 wrists (fit like a dream), used the Boss Hog suit dyed green, the DC Direct mask on a Lion Rock head, and a Thing hat from that 6-inch Legends-like set from the first movie (the one that comes with the trenchcoat and is all over ebay). The cape is just an extra FC Magneto one I had and modified very slightly.

Wow...nice Customs! Love Your background as well. Doc Mego sells the Repro Supergirl Head(I like better the the Original Mego Invisable Girl Head)...and She's a lot prettier than Ma Walton!

You know,... I like that Ma Walton version better than the released one. Another good recipe.

I saw these up close on Friday and they are awesome!!!!

They are all aces, but what garagesale did with Sandman and Green Lantern (he has finished the cape for this since) is phenomenally innovative and the paint match on Martian Manhunter's head is near perfect. Red Skull is a work of art!!!!

The pics are great, amigo, but seeing them is person was awesome!!!!!
