Well here it is, my first custom. Any Feedback appreciated!

I got the head from Doc Mego at Megomeet... I have no idea of it's origin other than that. Body and boots (cut down Klingon) are also from Doc.
Hands are CTVT.
Sewing and paint by me. I don't know why I thought this would be an easy starting project. I guess it did get my sewing skills flowing again! The uniform is not nearly as polished as I hoped for, and I did get some smutz on his thigh (which I now need to go clean better...wanted to get pics up tonight), but oh well.
I also modified the head with the snazzy cigarette holder... I find it inconceivable that Red Skull would not be a smoker.

Really nice especially for a first one. BTW, the head is a shrink of the FC Red Skull.

I would call the the paint job Polyester-esque. The detail is absolutely fabulous!

Terrific! Love the addition of the Sideshow(?) medal.
The uniform is a great variation, instead of the traditional coverall.

That's an excellent Red Skull. The head sculpt and paint job reminds me of john Byrne's version

I love it. I did an early version of this head a while back and picked up another head at the meet to do a black officer suit version similar to yours. He needs a German lugar. I haven't found one in 8" scale yet for mine. Fantastic job!!

Wow! I must have missed this! Great job capturing one of my favorite villains. Love the design of the costume and how you got that cigarette holder to look so smooth. Mark Keach did that with a Gambit figure, he got it too look like a cigarette in his mouth. You are very good with details. Love the Skull head. Brilliant!!!
