    The Mythological Medusa

This is an older custom of mine, but probably one of my favorites. This is the first time I've tried to link something from photobucket, so bear with me if I screw this up or if this is a picture of a kitten or something.

Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12

Very cool custom! I love the hands, too.

This is how you paste photos with photobucket:

When you are looking at your photograph in your photobucket account, you will see four items underneath or to the right of your photograph--they look like links (E-mail and IM, Direct Links, HTML code and IMG). Look for the one that says IMG. Click on the IMG link (this will copy the link)...and this is what you paste onto your message, so that the reader doesn't have to go through the link. Your picture will be part of your message.

What size is the Medusa? Is it 8 inches? I have never seen those type of legs before. They look great with the figure!

Damn, that's amazing, you sculpted that head yourself?

I usually hate famous covers but I love Medusa! You put those snakes on her heard just right. How did you do it? I'd love a Medusa figure done with a mego body.

Thanks everybody for the great compliments!

Thanks Jessica for the photobucket info, I'll try it next time.

This was a Famous Covers Dark Phoenix, the snakes are dollar store, well, snakes. You can't see it in the picture but she has those sorta strappy sandles and real metal armband and cape holder thing.

I would love to sculpt a mego sized head for a Medusa. I mentioned in another threat that I would love to produce something like that.

              Thanks again everyone.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
