Very Cool Dave.... But where's the "BK Shot" ?
I think this is a Great time For Mego Collectors. I never thought in a Million Yrs that ToyFare would be profiling back to back to back to back Months of New 8" cloth figures in the Last 4 issues. It's fantastic. Kuddo's to you, Jason & Doc Mego. This is just too cool. I applaude Everyone's efforts.

I took this issue home and told my wife, "See these? I'm totally buying these." She responded with, "Okay." My wife is awesome. And so are these figures. I can't wait to own them, especially Dr Eville. That's right, Dr Eville is my favorite one. But I still want them all. Not to mention Achmed. Even though he isn't shown here, I still want that freaky cool looking villain. Good to know Toyfare recognizes the awesomeness of these figures.

99 % We still owe them factory samples and then it's on to packaging approval... After seeing what Chris is cooking up though, I would say it's a slam dunk!

They are very pleased with this initial offering but I mean heck, look who's worked on it... Charlee Flatt, Cory Wood, Scott Fensterer, Brian Leitner, Dave and Gail Lepage, and of course Chris Franklin! Add Jason's fantastic throne and my charm* and devilish good looks* and approval is a forgone conclusion

                      -Dave

*Charm and Devilish good looks, subject to availability, and my require copious amounts of alcohol to achieve desired levels. Results not guaranteed not valid in conjunction with any other special offers. Not available in in all 50 states Sorry Tenneseee

                            Oh yeah!

I'm hoping that Castaway does a Flash Gordon stand alone line like they have planned for the Phantom.

If we get the opportunity to create Flash Gordon figures ,whether we make a CA costume or not, it will defiantly be in a stand alone capacity and in the Alex Raymond style... How's that?
